Would you like to move to another house in the future?

❓ Do you live in a house or an apartment?
I live in a two-story house with my family in my hometown. I’ve lived there for a few years.
❓ Which is your favorite room in your home? Why?
My favorite room is my own, where I can work and sleep. Since I live with my family, having a private room really helps me stay focused and enjoy some personal space.

No, I don’t think about making any changes to my home. It’s entirely up to my parents because they own the house, and I don’t have a say in it.

Yes, I**’d be happy to move** if I had the chance, because I’d like to have a more independent life. But I haven’t thought about where I’d like to live yet.

A warm night

He watches her fumble with her still-wet hair.
He steps closer and takes the hair dryer from her hand.
“Let me…”The hair dryer goes quiet.
She feels a warm breath against the back of her neck.
She turns around.
Their lips touch.
Then his lips slowly drift lower.“If you don’t want this, I’ll stop.”
“If I didn’t want this, you wouldn’t be here.”As the night deepens, everything begins to fall away.
Her hair is dry.
The towel drops to the floor.
Their voices grow softer.
They draw a little closer.
A gaze lingers a little longer than usual.
A hand reaches out, touches the other, and the other doesn’t pull away.
No one needs to pretend anymore that they don’t want each other. It rains that night.
There is darkness.
Two people lie beside each other.
They only want to touch someone else.
They want to hold someone and be held in return. The rain falls steadily outside.
The room is quiet.
Their bodies are still warm.
One moves a little closer.
The other instinctively pulls the blanket up.
She gently touches him.
Her fingers slowly drift over his skin, then pause at a scar.
“Does it still hurt?”
He looks down at her and gently shakes his head.
“It’s been a long time. I don’t even remember it’s still there.”
She doesn’t ask anything more.
Outside the window, the rain keeps falling.By day, they have to maintain an image.
They have to appear at the right time, say the right things, and smile at the right moments.
But that night, they are simply a man and a woman together in a house.
They are alone together for a brief moment.
In each other, they find something they perhaps don’t even know they are missing. The next morning, the rain has stopped.
They return to their own lives.
But they both carry a private memory with them.
Neither saves the other.
Neither heals the other.
Neither owes the other a relationship afterward.
They simply give each other a warm night.
And that is enough.Anna
